Refund Policies for ASA Programs

ASA abides by the following refund policies for its soccer programs.

Rec and Teen Soccer:  No refunds will be given after the first game or the first session of a camp or clinic.   While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made.  All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee ($12.50 for Academy refunds) to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.

Travel Soccer:  We recognize that the players’ and coaches’ commitment to ATS and to each other is for the soccer year, which is both fall and spring seasons.  Refunds are not issued to players who leave during the year.

Little Kickers & Pre-K:  No refunds will be given after the first game or the first session of a camp or clinic.  While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made.  All refunds are subject to a $5 processing fee ($12.50 for Academy refunds) to cover the cost of credit card processing fees.

Camps and Clinics (all varieties):

Refunds for camp or clinic registration fees are available as follows:

- more than 7 days before the start of the camp = 75% refund

- 7 to 3 days before the start of the camp = 50% refund

- 2 days or less before the start of the camp = 25% refund

- after the camp has started = no refund
