The workshop is presented by the Positive Coaching Alliance.

PCA is a national non-profit creating a movement to transform the culture of youth sports so that every youth athlete can have a positive, character-building experience. When the adults in youth sports understand and play their appropriate roles, youth sports becomes a positive experience, in which youth athletes — from grade school through high school — learn lessons that will last a lifetime.

The workshop is jointly sponsored by the Arlington Soccer Association and the Arlington County Sports Division.
