Coaching Philosophy

I am an engaged teacher of the love of soccer, good sportsmanship, and fundamental individual and team skills. My endless belief in, and love of, the game of soccer is as strong as my desire and joy to share my soccer skills and knowledge with others. I believe that the playing field should be a learning environment that provides productive sportsmanship to all.

Over 16 years of progressive coaching and training, experience including assistant and head coaching roles at the select and travel club, overseas club, private training, middle school levels and high school level.

18 years of competitive playing experience at the middle school, high school, college, semi-professional and club level. Playing experience includes both individual and team awards, including: tournament MVP awards, team MVP awards, individual scoring records and team championships. Continue playing competitive soccer in leagues throughout the northern Virginia, District and Maryland area.
