2024-25 Talent ID Sessions
If you are interested in being considered for the Arlington Soccer Girls ECNL program, please click REGISTER below. Then choose the Girls ID Session option in step 2.2. If you need assistance, please email info@arlingtonsoccer.com
Beginning in March 2024, Arlington Soccer Academy’s teams will begin ECNL talent ID sessions. These sessions require registration and invitation will be sent after a staff review. Please start registration HERE.
Players who register will receive an RSVP form to indicate which sessions they will be attending. This will allow you to receive any updated communication about the sessions!

The Arlington Soccer Academy competes in the ECNL and aims to be the best youth development program in the country. We provide a player-centered environment for each player to maximize their potential and prepare them for the next chapter in life. Arlington players are a family that share common goals, they have respect for others, their environment and themselves, they are dedicated and play with joy, and take initiative to lead and make those around them better.
Arlington is proud to support ECNL, ECNL-RL, and Travel teams. Those attending ECNL ID Sessions will be evaluated across multiple dates and placed within teams that fit their current needs and abilities.
Teams will be made and offers sent out by the ECNL Technical Staff on a rolling base beginning in March. Those already competing for Arlington teams are evaluated on a year-long basis.

What is the Arlington Soccer Girls Academy Program?
Our Girls ECNL Program is comprised of U13-U19 Age Groups for the 2021-2022 seasonal year.

All teams follow our curriculum, methodology and training structure:

10 month training / league game calendar:

THREE team training sessions, TWO goalkeeper training sessions & ONE performance training session per week during fall / spring seasons.

TWO team training sessions, ONE goalkeeper training session & ONE performance training session during the summer and winter pre-seasons.

Periodized schedule to focus on development and reduce the risk of injury and maximize team performance.

Performance training with periodic physical testing / evaluation.

Seasonal consultation sessions including sports specific psychology, nutrition to enhance performance, and college recruitment.

Formal and informal individual player development plans and evaluations.

Specific goalkeeper training with our Girls ECNL Goalkeeping Staff.

Professionally licensed coaching staff.

Coaching Staff will college experience to help players with recruitment process.

Certified Performance Coaches who track individual player progress and conduct seasonal fitness testing to tailor performance training needs of all players.

Matches are regularly attended by US Soccer Scouts in addition to individual conference and nationally held Talent ID sessions.
