Coach Ed Sessions - Spring 2020

FREE pre-season coach trainings with Eddie Lima.

Arlington Soccer's own Travel coach trainer Eddie Lima will be hosting TWO sets of clinics this season. They are different, but complementary.

In the MONDAY sessions, Rec coaches can learn how to run a session with progression related to "core" technical training (example: dribbling, turning, passing, receiving, 1 vs.1 offense & defense and finishing). Also, coaches will be able to refine their own skills by participating in the activities. These will be Mondays at Long Bridge Park turf fields, 6:45/7 to 8pm. (See below for more details)

In the FRIDAY clinics Rec coaches can learn how to teach the game through different topics related to the game (Example: performance, GK, skills, and game preparation training). Also, coaches will be able to refine their own skills by participating in the activities. These will be Fridays at Williamsburg Middle School field 1, 6:30-7:30pm. (See below for more details).
