Coaching Philosophy
A soccer coach should develop and encourage every soccer player within the boundaries of the age-appropriate stages, beyond their full potential as an athlete and a person. The challenge of this responsibility is the reason I am in the coaching profession. My motto is, have fun, work hard, and learn more! My goal is to develop and improve technical skills and tactical awareness of the game. I am strongly sensitive to the ethical and moral implications associated with coaching, advocate fair play, and have a zero-tolerance for cheating in any capacity. I seek to utilize all of the players to contribute to the overall success of the team. A successful season, in my mind, is one where players have developed a passion for the game and a desire for more!
