Coaching Philosophy:
It is my goal to challenge players to problem-solve every aspect of our game whilst competing within him or herself to cultivate a developmental environment of thoughtfulness, technique, and athleticism combined. I am an accessible coach, hands-on during training sessions and analytical reviews, but giving freedom for the players to express themselves during game day and implement what we are covering during training and practices. Knowing how much the game has done for me, and the doors it has opened, it is my hope that every player I work with will appreciate our sport and take it with them on their next stops.
