Travel Program Registration and Payment

Team Offer Acceptance and Travel Soccer Payment for 2012-2013 Year

In order to register for the 2012-2013 soccer year you must have registered for travel tryouts and been accepted to a team. Please click on the link below to accept an offer to join a team and make your initial payment.

Travel Player Acceptance Form and Payment (link will be active in late April)

Annual CLUB player fees for the year beginning July 1, 2012 are $1,530. This fee can be paid by check or credit card as follows:

Payment in Full: Due June 30, 2012 $1,530

Installment Plan:

Payment 1- Due June 30, 2012 $405
Payment 2- Due August 31, 2012 $375
Payment 3- Due September 30, 2012 $375
Payment 4- Due November 1, 2012 $375

In addition, Arlington County is charging a user fee that must be paid each season of $8/player ($20/player non-resident). This $16 ($40 non-resident)yearly fee will be collected in the initial payment due June 30.

Late Fees – A $25 late fee will be assessed for any payment received past the due date and cannot be refunded. (For the June 30 payment – no late fee will be charged until July 15)

FINANCIAL AID – APPLICATIONS DUE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AND NO LATER THAN JUNE 29, 2012.

In order to be considered for Financial Aid for next year (2012-2013), you must submit a Financial Aid Application AS SOON AS POSSIBLE and no later than June 29, 2012. Any Application postmarked after June 29, 2012 will not be processed with the initial applications and is unlikely to receive any financial aid.

Please submit your applications early. You need not wait until tryouts begin to request Financial Aid.

If fact we encourage you to submit your application THIS WEEK so your request can be reviewed as quickly as possible.
