TRAVEL CAMPS AND CLINICS

Throughout the year ASA offers additional conditioning opportunities, clinics and camps for travel soccer player. Traditionally summer camps for travel soccer players are held in mid July to early August. Summer Camps are one week long and are held for two to three hours in the morning or evening. Schedules are released in early Spring. Spring Break Camps are held the week prior to Easter and are offered in half day and full day formats.  “Horsepower” is a conditioning program for soccer players and is offered in late summer and again in late winter in the evening. This program is aimed at getting players in top shape prior to the start of the soccer season. Additional details about these programs can be found below.

iSoccer is a program that tests a player’s technical skill, agility, and fitness. We are using iSoccer as a tool to help us measure and improve our players ability to handle the ball. The Club is introducing the program to the U9-12 players last season as part of the Club’s technical program.
