Coaching Philosophy
In the early stages of learning I focus on the development of basic soccer skills and fundamentals. I have always focused on nourishing and bringing out the best out of players in a competitive environment. I believe in perfection of skills and techniques. Also, I believe in positive feedback coaching. I expect 100 % effort from all the players. One-hundred percent effort from 50 % of the players will not achieve the goal.


Coaching Experience
•    Ten years coaching youth soccer: Six years with Leesburg Football Club, and four years with ATSC. Head Coach in all age groups U12-U17;
Coaching Licenses
•    USSF “D” National License
•    USSF “C” License (August 2010)

Top Coaching Accomplishments
•     An expert in turning around teams that have not developed as they should have.
•    Turned around TWO U14G teams from 0-10 record into a top team in the division within the first year of coaching. The teams eventually went on to higher divisions and wining many tournaments.

Playing Experience/Honors/Awards
•    I played soccer for over 30 years and finally retired at age 40. I was selected the most valuable player in high school. I played in mid-field and offense and averaged 3 goals a game. I also played amateur soccer in the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area.
