Arlington Soccer Association - Refund Policies (Updated 4/22/2026)
Soccer Club Refund Policy:
The club abides by the following refund policies for all programs. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com. All refunds are subject to administrative and processing fees. Weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond the Club’s control may result in modified schedules; however, refunds or credits will not be issued in those cases unless specifically stated below. All services fees are nonrefundable under any circumstances.
Recreation Soccer Program Refunds:
PLEASE NOTE: All requests for refunds must be submitted to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
- All non injury cancellations must be submitted by the Monday prior to the first weekend of games in the Rec Season. Any cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Players experiencing a season-ending injury (proved by providing a signed and dated letter from a doctor stating such) are not entitled to a refund greater than 50% of their Registration Fee.
- Late fees, if applicable, cannot be refunded due to a season-ending injury.
- While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made.
Arlington Development Program (ADP) Refunds:
PLEASE NOTE: Coaches do not make decisions regarding refunds, all requests for refunds must be submitted to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
- All non injury cancellations must be submitted 15 calendar days prior to the first weekend of games in the ADP Season. Any cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Players experiencing a season-ending injury (proved by providing a signed and dated letter from a doctor stating such) are not entitled to a refund greater than 30% of their Registration Fee.
- Late fees, if applicable, cannot be refunded due to a season-ending injury.
- While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made.
Travel & Academy Refunds:
PLEASE NOTE: Coaches do not make decisions regarding refunds, all requests for refunds must be submitted to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
- Deposits are non-refundable
- All non injury cancellations are not eligible for a refund
- Players experiencing a season-ending injury (proved by providing a signed and dated letter from a doctor stating such within 10 business days of the injury) will receive a pro-rated refund at the discretion of the club.
- Late fees, if applicable, cannot be refunded due to a season-ending injury.

Soccer Camp & Clinics Refunds:
PLEASE NOTE: Coaches do not make decisions regarding refunds, all requests for refunds must be submitted to refunds@arlingtonsoccer.com. All refunds are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Processing fees are non-refundable.
- All non injury cancellations must be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the start date of camp/clinic. Any cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Players experiencing a season-ending injury (proved by providing a signed and dated letter from a doctor stating such) may be entitled to a refund which will be handled on a case by case basis
- While rare, if the weather or some other unavoidable circumstance limits our program in any way, no refunds or other adjustments will be made.
Camps and Clinics Offered at the Arlington Training Center (ATC) ONLY:

- All non injury cancellations must be submitted 7 calendar days prior to the start date of camp/clinic. Any cancellation after that date will not be eligible for a refund.
- Players experiencing a season-ending injury (proved by providing a signed and dated letter from a doctor stating such) may be entitled to a refund which will be handled on a case by case basis

USL Summer League:

Special Events (Showcases, ECNL ID sessions):
- More than 14 days before the event = refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee
- More than 7 days before the start of the event = 50% refund minus a non-refundable administrative fee
- 7 days or less = no refund
PLEASE NOTE: Events have a stricter refund policy due to advanced planning, staffing, and third-party commitments. As a result, refund availability is limited. Injuries or illness will receive a full refund, minus fees. If an event is canceled by the Club due to weather or other issues, refunds will be considered at the Club’s discretion after fixed costs are accounted for.
ASSIST Tournament:
If the entire tournament weekend is canceled, accepted teams will receive a refund at the discretion of the tournament committee after tournament financial commitments have been met. No refunds will be given if any games are played on the tournament weekend.
