 Schedule: Nights and Weekends Required
 Reports To: Facility Director / Operations Staff

Position Overview
 The Arlington Training Center (ATC) is seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Attendant to support the daily operations of our indoor soccer facility. This entry-level, in-person role plays an important part in ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and welcoming for athletes, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate is responsible, customer-friendly, and comfortable working in an active sports environment.
Responsibilities
 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintain cleanliness of the facility, including fields, common areas, offices, restrooms and parking lots
• Refill and restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
• Monitor facility grounds and indoor spaces to ensure a safe and organized environment
• Assist customers, players, coaches, and visitors with basic questions and facility needs
• Enforce facility rules and guidelines on and around the playing fields
• Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents to facility management
• Support general operational needs as they arise during events, clinics, or rentals
• Unlocking building in mornings and locking back down after closing

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; prior facility or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Comfortable interacting with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Ability to work independently and remain proactive during shifts
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to perform light physical tasks such as cleaning, restocking supplies, and walking throughout the facility
