“One of the things we really focus on here is athletic performance,” Arlington Soccer executive director Frank DeMarco said in the article. “It’s not just the soccer stuff. They train a lot on the field, soccer-wise, but we have an off-the-field component for strength and conditioning, and injury prevention. That’s really helped take us to that next level.”
