NCAA Recruiting COVID-19 New Update:

The NCAA Division I emergency legislation temporary recruiting dead period in all sports, has been extended. The dead period will now remain in effect at least until May 31. at which time the status of the situation will be re-evaluated.  All recruiting activities that are not permissible during a dead period include official visits, unofficial visits, in person contacts and evaluations.  Email, text, and phone calls are permitted.
