Travel Fees 2024-2025
Club and Team Fees Now Combined in One Unified Payment System for 2024-2025
In an effort to streamline our payment process and provide greater transparency, beginning with the 2024-25 seasonal year, team fees will now be included during registration along with the club fees.
By consolidating the team fees alongside the club fees, families will no longer need to manage separate payments in multiple systems. Instead, the total club and team fees identified upfront will cover all necessary expenses associated with your child's involvement in the travel program.

Arlington Soccer Program Fees and Payment Information:
- When a player accepts their invitation to join a team and registers, fees can be paid via credit card, ACH, cash or check. Initial deposit must be paid within 72 hours after receiving an invitation to join the team. Details regarding club fees can be found on the Travel Fees webpage.
- Deposits are not refundable and online payments are preferred.
- New for 2024-2025: An installment plan is available with 7 payments (July 15 through January 15).
- Beginning April 22, 2024, families will be responsible for merchant fees assessed for any Arlington Soccer registration fees. These fees will be based on payment method, and assessed at checkout.
- Arlington County charges an annual user fee ($40 per player and $65 per player for non-resident player), which will be collected in the initial payment.
